Residential & Commercial
We offer our services for both residential and commercial clients on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly schedules. Our month-to-month service contracts start at just $90 per month (bi-weekly visits). We also offer custom tailored service plans to meet your individual needs.
Business & Office Rental Packages
For commercial customers, we offer turn-key aquariums and water features for your office with bi-weekly services starting at just $400 per month. You won't have to worry about a thing...just sit back and enjoy.
What's included in our aquarium service packages?
We offer three service packages to chose from: Signature, Essential, and Call & Clean. Below is a breakdown of each package to help you chose the one that's right for you.
- Signature Service Package (Based on 100 gal) ..................................................Starting at $65
- Includes up to 1 hour of service, general livestock assessment, algae removal / cleaning, filter cleaning, water change up to ten gallons, top-off water up to 10 gallons, feed fish, chemistry assessment (Ca, dKH, Mg, Sr, pH, NO3, PO4), supplement addition (buffer, iodine, calcium, magnesium, strontium), all animal purchases with this plan include 14 day guarantee.
- Includes up to 1 hour of service, general livestock assessment, algae removal / cleaning, filter cleaning, water change up to ten gallons, top-off water up to 10 gallons, feed fish, chemistry assessment (Ca, dKH, Mg, Sr, pH, NO3, PO4), all animal purchases with this plan include 7 day guarantee.
- This is a plan for people who need occasional help or have an urgent need to have their tank serviced within the next 48 hours. It includes everything in our Essentials Service except the livestock guarantee.
What's included in our pond & water feature service package?
Each pond or water feature is a bit different from the next. For this reason our service rates vary with the needs of the customer. Your situation may not fit our standard priced packages and may require much more time or supplementation than average. However, once we visit your pond or water feature we can make a service plan that meets your needs and budget. Below is a service package for a standard koi pond. Contact us for your own quote today. - Includes up to 1 hour of service, skimming leaves & debris, water chemistry testing, general animal and plant health assessment, water level adjustment, additives and supplementation not included.
